For Digital Marketing Services (SEO, SMO, PPC):
You may cancel your subscription by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
If a cancellation request is made after a billing cycle starts, the amount paid for that cycle is non-refundable.
Prepaid fees for digital marketing campaigns are non-refundable once work has commenced.
For Website Development Services:
Cancellations must be requested within 7 days of the project start date.
If work has already commenced, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total project cost may apply.
Once the final website is delivered and approved, cancellations are not allowed.
3. Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Services:
SEO, SMO, and PPC Services: Due to the nature of digital marketing, we do not guarantee specific rankings or performance, and refunds are not available for services rendered.
Website Development: If the project has started and work has been delivered in part or full, refunds may be granted at our discretion, based on the percentage of work completed.
Custom Services: Any custom work, including branding, graphic design, and consulting, is non-refundable once delivered.

A duplicate payment was made due to a system error.
Services were not delivered as agreed upon due to a failure on our part.
