- Estimated timelines for service completion will be provided, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- SEO and digital marketing results depend on various external factors, including search engine algorithms, and we do not guarantee specific rankings or performance.
6. Intellectual Property
- Any website, content, or digital assets created by WEB WINK remain our property until full payment is received.
- Clients may not modify, copy, or resell any proprietary materials without prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Services
- We may use third-party tools, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics services.
- We are not responsible for third-party policies, changes, or performance.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.
9. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.
10. Termination of Services
- We reserve the right to terminate services if the client violates any of these terms or engages in unethical behavior.
- The client may terminate services as per the terms in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
